Sepakbola adalah suatu olahraga yang disenangi oleh kaum adam tak terkecuali kaum hawa pun menikmati olahraga yang satu ini. Dengan berkembangannya jaman, jersey sepakbola digunakan bagi mereka yang menyukai sepakbola sebagai identitas diri mereka masing-masing. Jadi saya akan menjadikan kesempatan ini untuk menjual jersey sepakbola, karena dengan banyaknya fans (orang-orang yang menyukai olahraga tertentu) semakin besar kesempatan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari bisnis ini. Jersey yang akan di jual adalah jersey grade ori Thailand, saya menjual jersey grade ori Thailand karena harganya murah, walaupun murah tapi kualitas dari jersey ini tidaklah mengecewakan, kualitasnya cukup bagus dan nyaman dipakai. Saya menjual jersey grade ori Thailand karena target pasarnya adalah kaum menengah dan bawah, harganya pun sangat bersahabat bagi remaja karena mereka tidak harus dibebankan dengan harga yang mahal, sehingga memudahkan mereka khususnya kaum remaja untuk mempunyai jersey tim sepakbola idola mereka. Harga jual jersey Rp. 150.000, karena disini saya menggunakan perusahaan dagang jadi tidak memerlukan biaya produksi, cukup menggunakan biaya transportasi sekitar Rp. 15.000, setiap membeli ke tempat agen jersey membeli 1 lusin jersey.  Modal saya dapatkan dengan meminjam orang tua, lebih mudah dan tidak dibebankan dengan bunga.

Menjadi karyawan disebuah perusahaan memang menjajikan, karena gaji serta tunjangan yang lebih pasti. Namun menjadi pengusaha lebih menantang, sebab diawal merintis karir selain harus menjadi pemimpin yang membuat segala keputusan serta karyawan utama yang diandalkan untuk menjalankan operasional setiap hari. Kemudian kesempatan menjadi lebih kaya jauh lebih terbuka luas, kreatifitas lebih terasah, tidak diatur atau terikat oleh kontrak kerja, waktu kerja lebih fleksibel serta kepuasan dan kebanggan tersendiri saat produk bisa terjual sesuai target.

Membuat suatu produk baru bukan hal yang mudah, selain telah memiliki banyak pesaing strategi pemasaran juga harus memiliki jitu. Namun dengan melihat kelemahan produk para pesaing, bukan hal yang terlalu sulit untuk membuat dan menjual produk terbaru. Sabun mandi cair yang telah memiliki banyak variant, mulai dari hasil setelah dipakai, kandungan, wangi, serta harga. Tetapi tidak semua konsumen mampu membeli sabun mandi cair karena harga yang mahal. Untuk itu sabun mandi cair menjadi produk yang dipilih untuk dijual.

Seluruh manusia pasti memiliki kebutuhan dan mandi cuci kakus, namun selain agar bersih dan wangi sebagian orang juga memiliki kriteria dalam memilih sabun. Terutama para perempuan yang sangat memperhatikan penampilan, untuk itu sabun mandi cair Soft&White hadir untuk membuat kulih lebih halus dan putih. Dengan penggunaan setiap hari saat mandi, efek yang dihasilkan lebih terasa. Dengan variant wangi yang membuat rileks yaitu jasmine, bengkoang dan susu serta harga yang terjangkau. Produk ini dapat menjadi sabun mandi pilihan para pembeli. Kemudian pilihan kemasan botol dengan ukuran 250ml dengan harga Rp. 10.000 dan refill 500ml Rp. 17.000.

Dengan papaparan produk sabun mandi cair Soft&White, sudah jelas bahwa target customernya adalah perempuan dengan ekonomi menengah. Karena harga yang terjangkau namun tetap memenuhi kebutuhan para perempuan yang ingin memiliki kulit lembut dan putih tanpa harus perawatan yang mahal.

Strategi produk ini adalah melihat kelemahan pesaing lain, kebanyakan produk sabun mandi cair harga nya mahal, kemudian jika harga nya murah hanya sekedar membuat bersih dan wangi. Sebab itu Soft&White hadir dengan harga yang murah dan kualitas yang diinginkan membuat konsumen tertarik untuk mencoba dan membeli produk ini.

Ragunan

 Ragunan Zoo is a 140-hectare zoo located in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, Indonesia. It is home to over 270 species of animals, 171 species of flora, and employs over 450 people. Ticket price of ragunan is cheap, and made people want to visit ragunan, it is easy to find, and a spacious garden area for relaxing. Naturally, if the Ragunan zoo became favorite selection weekends Jakarta citizens. But behind it, there are still some shortcomings in terms of management and facilities.

First, we do not know clearly where the animal enclosures and animal species of what is there. So that visitors prefer to picnic with the family of the around looking at the animals. Probably better, visitors are given a clear map where the location of the animal enclosures as well as details of existing animals, then conditioned special track for those who want to get around seeing all the animals there. As well as provide a special area for visitors who just a picnic and enjoy the atmosphere of the zoo

Too many visitors it would have been, but on the other hand will surely make comfort reduced. Plus the state of the animal will be stressed. It's better if every day of her visitors restricted in accordance with the existing area.

The more visitors, the security was decreased. Many cases of children and valuables missing. This is important because it involves the community at large. Should the manager put the security at some point the crowd prone.

Garbage also always be problems, some of which do a picnic by the lazy and deliberately discard under the tree. It concerns the awareness of visitors who are less and less of its trash. This certainly disturb eyesight, but if there surely we intend to eliminate fatigue after a long week.

Then the toilet facilities and places of worship of Muslims is very minimal and need special handling.

And the last, food stalls provided many put false prices. So the price does not match the prices on the menu and when we paid.

            Tourism is very important in indonesia,  because it will makes vise of country increase and increase economic’s indonesia. For example one of place in indonesia is bali, bali is a one of wonderfull place in the world. Bali contributed vise with so many sectors, not only hotel and restaurant, bali has sectors support is agriculture, industry, communication and service. Bali as favorite destination make decrease destitution people in bali.

            Tourism increase vise of indonesia, not only vise. Toursim also can introduce culture in indonesia. Indonesia has many culture and we will proud if tourist from another country know about culture indonesia and want to learn about culture in indonesia. We as people of indonesia will be proud if culture in indonesia be the worldwide. For example there is kecak dance, kecak dance is unique dance from bali, ussualy dance with music but kecak dance without music but rather with voice. Dancer only said “cak-cek-cak-cek” thats make dance unique, so make the tourist interested to learn about dance kecak especially culture in indonesia.

            Not only sector culture but tourism also can increase knowledge people indonesia about culture in another country. Because definitely we have communication with the tourist and definitely the tourist will introduction about culture from their country. And we are so lucky because we had not go to another country to know about their culture. Tourism also create chance someone to work because many hotels need employee to help comfortable when the tourist in hotel and make a good name of indonesia. And increase income people indonesia dont have work.
